Devil Creek Campground

Devil Creek Campground is located in Flathead National Forest in northwest Montana. The atmosphere here is unconfined. Food service is available within one mile of the site. The campground is pack it in, pack it out and configured as a loop adjacent to US Highway 2 in a heavily wooded conifer forest. The under-story of tall grass and brush provide privacy between some sites. The campground is 50 miles west of the St. Mary, MT entrance to Glacier National Park or 35 miles from the West Glacier, MT entrance to the Park. The campground also offers access to the Spotted Bear Wilderness. The campground is in Grizzly Bear country; practice safe food storage. Devil Creek Trailhead is located next to the campground and has an unloading ramp, hitch rails and feed bunks. Stock is not permitted in the campground. At an elevation of 4,360 feet, the Devil Creek Campground encompasses an area of 5 acres. It contains 14 camp sites. Water, toilets, trails, and fishing access are available at the campground. The maximum recommended trailer length is 40 feet. The fee for the use of this campground is $12 a day. Your stay may not exceed 14 days. Devil Creek Trail #167 (foot and horse) - 7 miles - access to Spotted Bear Wilderness.

From East Glacier Park, take US Highway 2 west for 18.9 miles to campground sign. Turn left into campground at (MP 190).
