Whitefish Sea Kayaking offers half-day and full-day trips on Whitefish Lake and Flathead Lake. These crystal clear lakes offer fabulous views of the surrounding mountains. Whitefish Lake, at the base of Whitefish Resort is the smaller lake of the two, with Flathead Lake being 35 miles in length. Choose from an easy three-hour basic tour to a six-hour basic full-day tour. You'll work on being comfortable in the water by improving your paddling skills. There is wildlife viewing, and islands to explore on Flathead Lake. The full day is offered with an option to work on improving your skills as well as rescue skills. Full Moon and Custom Group as well as private instruction are available. Whitefish Sea Kayaking is not just a touring outfit. We are a full retail outlet for all your Sea Kayaking needs. We are the dealer for top of the line Current Designs and Seaward kayaks. From plastic, fiberglass, to kevlar, these kayaks will take you anywhere you want to go. Whitefish Sea Kayaking is located in Whitefish, 2 blocks east of Highway 93 (Spokane Avenue) between 3rd and 4th Street. Our tours start in different locations: City Beach, Whitefish State Park (Whitefish) and on Flathead Lake which is about 30 miles south.
