White Sandy Recreation Area

White Sandy is a BLM recreation area on Hauser Lake with a 32-unit campground, tent and trailer sites and restroom facilities. Fishing, fish cleaning station, picnic shelters, swimming and boating may be enjoyed on the lake. White Sandy Recreation Site is adjacent to Black Sandy State Park on Hauser Lake.

Directions
White Sandy Recreation Site is located on Hauser Lake. The area is about 15 miles northeast of Helena and can be reached by taking Lincoln Road exit off of I-15. Travel east on Lincoln Road to Causeway. Turn left onto Hauser Dam Road and follow for 3 miles to the entrance to White Sandy Recreation Site.
