Freelance wildlife photographer since 1975 with both national and international coverage. 350,000 transparencies on file including close to 500 avian species and 90 mammal species from North America.

Photographs published in National Wildlife, Audubon, Outdoor Oklahoma, Sierra, American Hunter, Ranger Rick, Alaska, National Geographic, Montana Outdoors, Life and numerous other publications.

Active member and past board member of the Outdoor Writers Association of America.

Charter member of the North American Nature Photographer Association.

Member of the Rocky Mountain Outdoor Writers & Photographers Association.

Experience

Group leader of photography trips for Holbrook Travel, Gainesville, Fla, to Patagonia, Terra del Fuego, Pantanal of Brazil, Galapagos Islands, Costa Rica and East Africa. Group leader for FOTOTREKS to the Pantanal of Brazil.

Three to Five day photography seminars, covering composition, flash photography, marketing, and close-up photography, have been presented in Tulsa, OK, Fairfield, Ill, Toledo, OH, Biloxi, MS. and Kalispell, MT. Has also conducted photo workshops for the Rocky Mountain Outdoor Writers in Rocky Mountain Nat. Park 1999 through 2004 and for Glacier Institute in Glacier National Park.

Lecture seminars covering animal behavior and photo technique given at Johns Hopkins University, Oklahoma State University, Southern Illinois University, New Mexico State University, Troy State, University of Illinois, Florida State University, Tulsa Community College, Valley City State University, Henderson State University, Southern Arkansas University, Mississippi State University, Indiana University, Texas Tech and numerous civic clubs and organizations across the country.
