Lace up your running shoes - we've mapped out a 5k-ish course that starts and ends at this awesome taproom in Lolo, MT. Run, walk or jog before celebrating with a locally-made craft beverage at the finish line. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this event is fun for all. The 5k course will take you through scenic routes, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while getting your heart pumping. After crossing the finish line, reward yourself with a well-deserved pint of craft beer from Lolo Peak Brewery & Grill. Nothing beats the feeling of accomplishment and the taste of a refreshing brew! The Academy Award-nominated score by Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz, supported by the hauntingly rich voices of Missoula-area choirs, will bring this powerful story to life. Quasimodo’s struggle for acceptance and love may find him to be an unlikely hero. Rising country-folk artist Charles Wesley Godwin will tour Montana in 2025, performing at The ELM in Bozeman on Saturday, October 18th and The Wilma in Missoula on Sunday, October 19th. He’ll be joined by singer-songwriter Danno Simpson as support. Godwin has quickly become one of the most respected voices in Americana, known for his rich baritone, cinematic lyrics, and emotionally resonant songwriting. His 2023 breakout album Family Ties was a deeply personal, 17-track collection that won critical acclaim and expanded his audience nationwide. He followed it with the EP Lonely Mountain Town, featuring standout tracks like “It’s the Little Things” and a cover of Jason Molina’s “Hammer Down” with Scott Avett. With appearances on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and CBS Saturday Sessions, plus festival stops at Bonnaroo and Stagecoach, Godwin’s rise has been steady and well-earned.

This grand concert features two powerful and popular works from the repertoire by Beethoven and Mahler, composers who were pivotal in launching new aesthetic courses for music, Beethoven, bridging Classical and Romantic and Mahler, Late-Romantic and 20th century. Pianist Alon Goldstein, a Glacier Symphony audience favorite, returns as soloist in Beethoven’s most dramatic and final concerto. Plus, the symphony will perform Grammy Award winning composer Jessie Montgomery’s thoughtfully compelling Hymn for Everyone composed in 2021.
