SPECIAL DIRECTIONS
The Bowman Lake can be reached by following along the Glacier Route 7 north to junction with Bowman Lake Road, just north of Polebridge. Take Bowman Lake Road (narrow, but graded gravel road) to the Bowman campground. RVs and truck and trailer combinations are not recommended at Bowman Lake due to the nature of the long, narrow, and windy dirt road to the campground. Turning vehicles around (3-point turns) is difficult.
