About Trex Agate Shop was established in 1937 by Cliff and Marion Trexler. Marion (Trexler) Brandvold also discovered the first North American baby dinosaur fossils in 1978. The shop features fossils, rocks, artifacts, jewelry and a fine assortment of crystals and gift items. Although Marion is no longer in the shop, her husband and family are maintaining the traditions of friendly service and excellent values to their customers. The shop is open Sunday through Friday, May through October and by appointment year round.
