About Enjoy this spacious 2240 sq ft 4 bedroom, 2 bath lakehouse with a large dock and 100 feet of lake frontage. From the large deck, enjoy the wonderful views of Flathead Lake, Wildhorse Island, and the Mission Mountains. In the morning, the water of Big Arm Bay is peaceful and serene. Enjoy your coffee on the deck overlooking the still glass water. Usually the bald eagle or osprey will perch on the gnarled old tree by the water. The kids will head down to the water to swim and play and when they've tired themselves out, can heat up in the hot tub. Head down to the dock and join them, or toss around the frisbee in the grassy lawn between the house and the water. It's a good spot for volleyball, badminton, or any outdoor games we have or you care to bring. Later in the day, the breeze may pick up and bring out the sailboats. Big Arm Bay is their favorite and you can watch them sail out the bay to Wildhorse Island. It's not far and you may want to go out and explore it yourself. If you bring your own boat, you can moor it at the dock, on the buoy, or even bring it out of the water on the boat lift. In the evening, the lake is once again quiet and still and now a waterskier's paradise. As the sun sets on the lake, you all sit around the fire by the water, make smores and talk about all the fun you had. There are enough beds to sleep 14 people with four bedrooms as well as a living room and family room which double as sleep rooms. On the upper floor, the master has a queen bed and it's own bathroom. Also on the upper floor is a second bedroom with a double-size futon which can sleep two. It also has access to the bathroom. The kitchen and living room are also on the upper floor. The lower floor has two bedrooms, one with a double and two twin beds, the other with a queen and a single bed. There is a bathroom between them. Also on the lower floor is a family room which has a queen size waterbed and a double-sized hide-a-bed sofa. There is no shortage of things to do with water sports, golf, horse back riding, a nearby bike / running track, or fishing for huge lake trout. We recommend Polson Country Club, Kwataqnuk water craft rentals, and Cheff's Ranch Horseback Rental. If you're looking for excursions, Glacier National Park, the National Bison Refuge, Wild Horse Island State Park, Whitefish, and Lake Mary Ronan are only short distances away.

SPECIAL DIRECTIONS From Polson, travel on US Highway 93 on the west side of the lake. Big Arm is approximately 12 miles from Polson. The property is within Big Arm on the lakeside, (right side). From Kalispell, travel on US Highway 93 south. Drive through Rollins, Dayton, Elmo past Big Arm State Park. The property is within Big Arm on the lakeside, (left side).
