About
At Ski Lookout Pass, we're committed to providing you and your family with an enjoyable skiing experience. Choose from impeccable corduroy or deep powder. Snow comes early and often and Lookout is blessed with over 450” annually. Our mountain expanded in 2023 adding a whole new mtn. called Eagle Peak & our 2nd Quad chairlift, offering 1,023 skiable acres, 1,660ft of vertical, 52 trails, 2 terrain parks; Rolling Thunder, a natural ½ pipe hewn out of old mine tailings & Huckleberry Jam, offering rails, boxes & jumps, along with a progression park where beginners can learn tricks on smaller features. We offer Ski & Snowboard Rental gear, Group & Private Lessons, New ½ day children’s lessons. Our expanded lodge offers a cozy atmosphere, good food, a rocking bar called The Loft Pub. There's fun for the whole family at Lookout, your #1 Powder Place!
In summer we operate the Route of the Hiawatha - Scenic Bike Trail – an almost all downhill Rails-To-Trails Hall of Fame bicycle Trail featuring 10 Tunnels & 7 Sky-High Trestles. When you get to the bottom you can take the shuttle back up or ride back up. We sell trail tickets, rent bikes, lights & helmets, have a gift shop and trailside concessions at top and bottom of this historic trail that is a USA Today top 10 pick.
