About Bernice's Bakery - Over 30 years strong! We are a bakery, coffeehouse, cafe and community gathering place. Bernice's works daily to reinforce the ideas of 'good food' and 'community'. Bernice's uses high-quality organic ingredients in many of our products. Our shade grown, organic, coffee is tasty, strong and has a wonderful reputation throughout Montana. And we now serve espresso! Modeled after the rich taste of our traditional cup o' joe you are sure to be pleased. Our baked goods, well, taste for yourself morning, afternoon or night. We have pastries, serve lunches and have delicious treats for late evening cravings! We are committed to providing our customers with a peaceful environment inside the bakery and to having our purchasing dollar consider the impact of future generations. And while thinking globally, we endeavor in all our efforts to keep our local environment clean, green and harmonious. The Bakery uses 100% post-consumer content, recycled unbleached paper products whenever possible. By offering only one size, recycled paper 'to go' cups, we encourage customers to use their own re-useable mugs or purchase re-useable mugs for sale at the Bakery. Besides our use of organic ingredients and our commitment to recycling, we also save our compost for the Missoula Urban Demonstration Project and for use in the community gardens. We donate baked good daily to the Missoula Food Bank and give both cash and in-kind donations to numerous Missoula community projects. Whenever you purchase a Bernice's product you can be confident it was a dollar well spent.
