About Zoo Town Surfers is an owner-operated river rafting and kayaking company that has been providing quality river rafting and kayaking adventures since 2004. Personal involvement with all aspects of our guest's river experience has always been a priority. Identifying more easily with Tom Sawyer than Donald Trump, our days are spent on the river where we are privileged to work in the beauty of Montana's wild places. The summer months are for enjoying quality recreation with friends, family, and guests. Our mission at Zoo Town Surfers is helping others enjoy the best a river has to offer, whether rowing, paddling, floating, or surfing. We believe that a day on the river is more than a good day-it's a lifestyle. Overlooking the Clark Fork River's Alberton Gorge, our headquarters, Crystal Springs, serves as a meeting point for our river rafting and kayaking adventures. Crystal Springs allows us to provide quick access to and from the river, hot showers, beverages of choice, clean restrooms, family gatherings, BBQ's and horseshoes. The Zoo Town Surfer Guides are a group of dedicated whitewater professionals who love what they do and have one thing in common: providing you with an awesome river experience you will never forget! We specialize in custom trips which allow us to work with our guests to create the river experience they are looking for-suited to their pace, sense of adventure, interests, or group. Our goal is to deepen your appreciation of what a river really has to offer, while bringing friends and family together to create memories of a lifetime. SPECIAL DIRECTIONS FROM MISSOULA: Drive west on I-90. Approximately 10 miles past the town of Alberton take the Crystal Springs Exit (Exit 65). Immediately after exiting head north (right) toward the "T" intersection. Go left on Old HWY 10 W. Follow the Old Hwy 10 frontage road for 1 mile. Continue driving until you pass beneath the interstate. Immediately after the underpass, you will see Crystal Springs on your left, enter the driveway marked by the kayak and park facing the berm in the grassy area on your left.
