About Year-round dining featuring our farm produce, eggs and locally sourced foods. Food Mantra: learn about what defines us and how that shapes our food practices in the kitchen. October - May Our heated nordic tipi dining room provides a cozy & unique setting you won't find anywhere else as well as a campfire going outside to sip a cocktail by or roast s'mores over. From October - Mid December We are open for dinners Thursday - Sunday, showcasing our Fall seasonal menu. ?From Mid - Late December We are open for Holiday Sleigh Rides with Bison Prime Rib Dinners/live music (closed Christmas Eve/Day & NY Eve/Day). From January - April We are open for dinners Friday & Saturday nights only, showcasing our Winter & Spring seasonal menu. May We are open for dinners Wednesday - Monday showcasing our Winter & Spring seasonal menu.
