About Neon Pretzel is a family owned hand rolled soft pretzel store located in the Rimrock Mall food court in Billings, Montana. We make our dough fresh from scratch everyday. We offer a wide variety of pretzels, pretzel bites, pretzel dogs, mini pretzel dogs, and a great selection of toppings and dips. We carry Pepsi products as well as a range of bottled beverages. SPECIAL DIRECTIONS Neon Pretzel is located in the Rimrock Mall which is located at 300 S. 24th Street. West on the west end of Billings. Access to Rimrock Mall is located at both 24th Steet West and Central Avenue. Parking is located on all sides of the mall with the main entrance parking on the east side of the building. Handicapped parking and sidewalk access are located at each entrance.
