About
Our inspiration is this beautiful valley surrounded by mountains, streams and bountiful grain fields; the hardworking rural lifestyle of our community and our basset hounds Stanley and Leroy. They remind us every day of the importance of taking time to enjoy simple pleasures such as friendship, socializing, laughter and of course a pint or two (but not more than three!) of locally brewed craft beer.
The brewery is located in a building that formerly housed the local auto parts store. The facility underwent extensive remodeling from the ground up. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with tones of copper and gold throughout, including some amazingly beautiful barn wood obtained from the Camas Creek Cattle and Sheep Company west of White Sulphur Springs. And perhaps, just perhaps there is a picture of a basset hound here and there. To the extent possible, the beers are brewed with barley and wheat grown and malted in Meagher County and other locally produced ingredients such as honey are used as well.
