About Experience a German masterbrew from the only German microbrewery in the Rockies! Bayern Brewing brews strictly according to the German Law of Purity of 1516 (Reinheitsgebot). That means no berries, adjuncts, artificial carbonation, pasteurization, or other strange ingredients are used in the process. You'll only find malted barley, yeast, hops, water and the experience of a German Master brewer. Visit our to learn more about the brewery and our Bistro! Bayern is proud to reuse glass bottles and is the only bottle washing/reusing facility in the state. By participating in the Bayern EcoLeague, you can give those empty bottles a new life.
