About The fairgrounds are located on Willis and 5th Avenue on the west end of the Clark Fork River bridge just outside of Plains, Montana. Set along the shores of the river, the fairgrounds are treed and the lawns are well maintained. With the 1940s style buildings and the pavilion is available for private rental.
