About Homestead Cabin Resort consists of 6 quaint quiet cabins located conveniently off Highway 93, approximately 9 miles south of Eureka and 40 miles north of Whitefish. The cabins are decorated in a Montana Homestead theme. Each cabin has its own covered porch to relax and enjoy the mountain views. The cabins were designed for and fit couples most comfortably. The maximum occupancy is 2 per cabin. The Homestead family cabin #6 can sleep 6 and has a full kitchen, living room, large bathroom and loft, with a nice back porch. The cabins have a mini kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, sink and table, coffee maker with coffee and tea in the room. Complete bathrooms with shower. Local telephone, satellite television and WIFI are included. All or our cabins are Non-smoking cabins, but allowed on the porch. Small Pets are allowed with prior permission, and an extra fee for cleaning or damage will be added. Also onsite we have a nice gathering area for larger parties, small retreats, and snowmobile clubs with a wood stove, an onsite Espresso coffee area and bath house laundry area are available. We are 1/2 mile to Grave Creek Road, which allows us to be your "Base-camp" to adventure and access to the 10 Lakes Scenic Area for hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling, and the nearby HA Brewing and Grill. There are thousands of acres of wilderness nearby, as well as many streams and lakes, including Lake Koocanusa, for outdoor recreation. We are also located between Fernie Alpine Resort in British Columbia and Whitefish Mountain Resort in Whitefish. Along with all the beauty of northwest Montana, you also have the conveniences of the town of Eureka just north of the cabins. These conveniences include restaurants, groceries, fuel, gift shops, laundromats, sports store, and more.

From the airport, take US Highway 2 to Montana 40 to Whitefish, then US Highway 93 to Fortine.
