About
Lee Creek Campground is located in the Lolo National Forest in northwest Montana. At an elevation of 4,200 feet, the campground encompasses 6 acres. The 22 campsites are in 2 separate loops; 17 sites on a hill above the highway in lodgepole timber, and 5 sites in pine and spruce near the creek. Handicap accessible toilets are provided. Drinking water available but not in the fall. Pets are allowed if on a leash. Fishing opportunities are available.
A segment of the historic Lolo Trail (part of the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail) is nearby. The Lolo Pass Visitor Center is 6 miles west and a commercial hot springs is two miles away. The campground is very convenient for highway travelers. Groceries and gas are located 19 miles away. The maximum recommended trailer length for the campground is 30 feet.
The camping limit is 14 days. A fee is required for the use of this campground. The campground closes after Labor Day. A food/attractant storage order is in effect on the entire Lolo National Forest.
