Crow Fair exists as a living celebration of Apsáalooke (Crow) culture, bringing together community members, families, and visitors from near and far to honor time-honored traditions, strengthen cultural identity, and pass heritage to future generations through shared experiences and intergenerational learning. It serves as a space for kinship, generosity, and respect—values reflected in its circle of teepees, vibrant parades, traditional dances, storytelling, and the exchange of knowledge, artistry, and history that keep the spirit of the Crow people alive and thriving.

The Livingston Farmers Market features the freshest, healthiest food our region has to offer from farm and ranch vendors along with prepared-food vendors, local craft beer, baked goods, flowers, and arts and crafts. Located on the banks of the Yellowstone River, live music and special events for people of all ages create a fantastic community atmosphere unlike any other!

Join us every Tuesday in August for MOR’s History on Tap at the Living History Farm, where folk music, engaging history conversations, and brews come together. Musicians are welcome to share their talents with the crowd at various times during the event.

When: Tuesdays in August, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Where: Living History Farm at Museum of the Rockies
Who: All Ages (first come, first in, 200 people max)
Cost: Free admission, Food and beverages available for purchase

What to Expect:

Live American Roots music with Prairie Schooners, and an open mic. Musicians are encouraged to bring their instruments and share their musical talents with the crowd.
A unique history chat each week to connect with the past in an informal, engaging way.
The cash bar will offer a rotating selection of local brews for purchase. The Last Call is at 7:30 p.m., and the Living History Farm gates will close at 8 p.m.
Bring your chairs, blankets, non-alcoholic beverages, and a picnic dinner (outside alcohol prohibited). A food truck may be available, but it is not guaranteed.
There are no tickets or reservations, so arrive early, find a spot, and enjoy an evening of history, music, and community.
