The Ranch is GREEN! The 3S ranch uses Geothermal systems for both heating and air conditioning, decreasing the need for electricity or propane. The breakfast that comes standard with the house includes home made Amish pastries, fruit, cereals, oatmeals and numerous coffee, tea and juice options
