About The 8th Floor Wilma Condo is located on the top floor of the historic Wilma Theatre in the heart of Downtown Missoula. The best of Western Montana is at your doorstep with stunning views of Mount Sentinel, Mount Jumbo, the Rattlesnake Wilderness Area, Pattee Canyon Recreation Area and even Snowbowl Ski Area. All this with the bonus of first-class dining and a historic theater under the same roof! This fully remodeled loft has been designed with your comfort in mind while using the latest in entertainment technology and "green" building materials and techniques. Keep warm with radiant tile flooring in the bathroom and sustainably harvested bamboo flooring throughout. All new appliances, concrete countertops, rich lighting, and integrated audio/video/Internet components compliment the region's natural beauty. Included is a full kitchen, queen-sized bed, sleeper sofa, spacious shower, combination washer/dryer, air conditioning, state-of-the-art entertainment system and lots of natural light! The full kitchen, with small appliances, was designed to be 100% livable for longer stays as well as offer all of the conveniences of home for short-term guests. A range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, ice crusher and all necessary pots/pans/dishes & glassware have a home in this well designed space. You are certain to sleep well on the included queen-sized Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress. Separate reading lights have been built into the ceiling above and even the TV can rotate out of the wall, making it possible to enjoy a movie in bed. Folding down the sleeper sofa creates a separate full size bed and for those traveling with infants, a co-sleeper/crib is also available upon request. When you aren't outside soaking up all that Montana has to offer, you can enjoy the latest movies, TV, and video games in high definition and surround sound in the 8th Floor Wilma Condo. No expense was spared in the design of this loft's entertainment system. Also included in the rental of this condo is your own off-street parking space in the reserved Bridge Lot beneath the Wilma Building and your own custom security codes for the unit itself and the Wilma building elevator.
