About Forest Service Road 7021 follows the creek and provides fair access with turnarounds. Foot travel is poor due to brush, windfalls and timber. Fish available include rainbow and cutthroat trout, and some whitefish. There are several dispersed camping areas available.

Details

SPECIAL DIRECTIONS From Fortine, travel US Highway 93 north to Grave Creek Road 114. Turn and follow 10 miles to the Forest Service Road 7021, turn again and travel .5 mile to the bridge crossing. Stahl Creek begins below this bridge and continues upstream. Fishing is fair for the first mile, but is nonexistent from that point.
