For those of you wanting more than the standard tourist fare. Whatever your budget we have a horse adventure for you! Snowy Springs Outfitters, Inc. was established by Flathead Valley native Shawn Little in 1987. For over 30 years Snowy Springs has been providing quality, wilderness horseback adventures. The area we explore is centered on the majestic Middle Fork of the Flathead River. Whatever your interests we can make it happen, from wilderness day rides, pack trips, fishing, and rafting to big game hunting. Snowy Springs has the experience needed to make your adventure a success including backcountry accommodations, awesome meals, experienced guides, experienced stock that is owned and not leased. Rental cabins also available at base camp location. Glacier National Park is our back yard and the Bob Marshall Wilderness Complex is our front yard. We are more than happy to help guests with their travel plans and offer transportation if needed. Essex, Montana is accessible by car, air and train.
