SPECIAL DIRECTIONS Cow Creek Campground is located 30 miles southeast of Ashland on US Highway 212. Turn south on Highway 51 toward Fort Howes. Follow Highway 51 for 21 miles and turn right onto Cow Creek Road (Road 4095 - gravel) 5 miles to campground.
