About Lantis Spring Campground is located on the Custer Gallatin National Forest in southeast Montana near the South Dakota border. At an elevation of 6,000 feet, the campground encompasses 6 acres. There are 4 campsites with restrooms and a spring runs through the campground. Drinking water is available. The maximum recommended trailer length for the area is 16 feet. Pets are allowed if on a leash. This is a pack it in, pack it out campsite. Please limit your stay to 14 days. No camping fee.

SPECIAL DIRECTIONS Lantis Spring Campground is located about 35 miles southeast of Ekalaka in the Long Pine Hills. Travel 3 miles west of Camp Crook, SD on SD 20, 7 miles west on Tie Creek Road, then 2 miles north on Forest Road 118, then 1 mile northeast on Forest Road 117.
