SPECIAL DIRECTIONS Exit I-90 at the Taft Interchange. Go up Randolph Creek past the BPA sub-station to Mullan Pass and Shoshone Park in Idaho. You can go back to Lookout Pass and Taft via the abandoned railroad grade.
