About
Young Creek Trail (58) is a connector trail that follows the contour of the land with occasional short, steep pitches that require a switchback or two to lessen the grade. The trail is entirely within a subalpine timbered setting with some non-fishbearing streams and ponds along its route. Campsites are limited, but more can be found on the Robinson Mountain and Lake Geneva trails. Stock animals are allowed but feed must be transported to prevent damage to vegetation. Length: 2.2 miles. Moderate difficulty, light use. Trail Begins: Gate off Road 7205 Trail Ends: Connector trails for Robinson Mountain and Lake Geneva Area Map: Kootenai National Forest Visitors Map USGS Map1: Robinson Mountain Township 37N; Range 29W; Section 8
