About The Mini-Moose Cabin is a recently renovated/upgraded cabin which backs up to Gallatin National Forest, on a quiet dead-end street and only 7 miles from the West Gate of Yellowstone National Park. The cabin has a fantastic view of Lionshead Peak and the surrounding mountains of the Continental Divide. It has 750 sq ft of living space, including 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Laundry Closet, Large Open Family Room/Dining Room, Kitchen plus over 300 sq ft of covered side and front porches to enjoy the beautiful mountain views! Decorated in a rustic mountain cabin theme with both new and antique furniture, fixtures and household items. The cabin features circle sawn Douglas Fir flooring with knife-drawn edges, reclaimed barnwood wainscoting, knotty pine walls/and ceiling, wood burning stove, large windows throughout to enjoy the views, covered front and side porches, etc. And don't let the size fool you - this is a VERY comfortable open cabin with some of the best mountain views in the area!
