About My goal as an outfitter is to make certain you enjoy the rivers and lakes of Montana as much as I do. I strive to provide time on the water not soon forgotten. Whether we are floating a famous river or pushing the technical envelope on a legendary spring creek, my philosophy ensures that every day on the water with us is a great one. I hire the best guides and we always fish where the fishing is best. Flexibility is the key to our consistent success. Whatever your level of expertise, we strive to provide the total Big Sky experience. We pay close attention to aesthetic amenities: the views, the critters, the birds, the bugs, the fish, because we fully appreciate that the quality of your Montana visit depends on more than just fabulous fishing. We guide many day trips, however our specialty is overnight float trips on Montana's legendary fly-fishing rivers including the Yellowstone, Missouri, Clark Fork, Madison, Gallatin, Blackfoot, Stillwater and Bitterroot. Imagine days spent casting dry flies to hungry trout along stretches of wild river that look virtually as they did when Lewis and Clark floated them 200 years ago. Then visualize nights spent around a campfire on a secluded island where those same intrepid explorers may have actually camped. Overnighters provide the highest quality experience for our guests. We offer catered camping at its finest, with gourmet meals, covered dining, comfortable tents, cots and sleeping pads. My 30 years on Montana's waters have taught me how to provide extraordinary expeditions. Rustic or refined. Casual or hardcore. Or something in between.
