About
Copper King Campground is located in the Lolo National Forest in northwest Montana. At an elevation of 2,700 feet, the campground encompasses an area of 2 acres. It contains 5 campsites. No drinking water. Groceries and gas can be bought 9 miles from the campground. Fishing may be enjoyed nearby at the adjacent Thompson River. Bring your pets along, but make sure they stay on a leash. Maximum trailer length is 20 feet. This is a pack it in, pack it out campsite. Please limit stay to 14 days. No camping fee.

From the town of Thompson Falls, travel east on Highway 200. Turn left (north) onto the paved Thompson River Road (do not take the graveled road).
