About
Fishtrap Lake Campground is located in the Lolo National Forest in northwest Montana. At an elevation of 4,100 feet, this campground encompasses an area of 5 acres. The campground includes 13 campsites and cold drinking water. This is a pack it in, pack it out campsite. Fishing and boating may be enjoyed on the Fishtrap Lake, where you will find a boat launch. No overnight camping at boat launch area. Pets are allowed if kept on a leash. The maximum recommended trailer length is 20 feet. Please limit stay to 14 days. No camping fee.

SPECIAL DIRECTIONS
Travel 5 miles east of Thompson Falls on Montana Highway 200, then 15 miles northeast on County Road 556, 15 miles northwest on Forest Road 516, and finally 2 miles west on Forest Road 7593. There are 48 miles of graveled roads.
