About Yaak Falls campground is located on the Kootenai National Forest in northwest Montana at an elevation of 2,400 feet. This nice little campground is found in a natural forest setting. It is a serene site and a favorite of those who visit. It is adjacent to the Yaak River and offers tremendous viewing opportunities for the forest visitor and wonderful fishing opportunities. There are 7 campsites, and restrooms are provided. The campground has a convenient trailer parking and turnaround area, and ample parking for cars and pickups. The maximum recommended trailer length for the area is 24 feet. Pets are welcome, but they must be kept on leashes. Please limit your stay to 14 days.

SPECIAL DIRECTIONS From Troy, travel west on US Highway 2 for approximately 10 miles to the junction with State Highway 508 (approximately 4 miles from the Montana/Idaho border). Turn here and follow for 6 miles to the campground.
