About The Broken Hart Ranch offers horse back day trips into the Spanish Peaks Wilderness Area, fishing or game viewing, overnight pack trips, hayrides and evening cookouts. In the fall, we offer hunting for elk, deer, moose and big horn sheep. We also serve the Gold West Region of Montana. Our new barn/livery stable with 5,000 square feet of floor space is ideal for wedding receptions, conferences, family or company parties. All year dinner rides with horse drawn wagons or sleighs for groups. Ten teams and wagons available for up to 200 people. Get the true meaning of "Jingle Bells" by dashing through the snow on a Broken Hart Ranch sleigh ride! We have teams of well trained horses that pull our sleighs through fields of sparkling snow under star-filled skies. while you sit on bales of straw sipping hot chocolate. This classic winter activity will enhance your Christmas or ski vacation to Montana. If there isn't enough snow, that's not a problem either. Our teams pull hay wagons just as easily as a sleigh.
