About Attractive bistro type bar with local historical color. Bar located at the 29.5 mile marker at the crossroad of 508 and 506 (to Libby, Montana). Road to Eureka (508) and Lake Koocanusa closed in the winter due to weather conditions at 41 mile marker, usually October 15 - June 1st. Fishing, photography, snowmobiling, hiking, wildlife viewing are popular activities in the area. Attractions include Mount Hensley and location of former radar station, Yaak Falls (7 mile marker on 508), and beautiful rolling mountains of the Purcell Mountain range.
