About These streams provide good brook trout fishing. The stream averages 8 feet wide and 6 inches deep, with good pools. Silver Butte/ Fisher River, East Fisher River, and he smaller tributaries provide excellent back country fishing. Access to the stream is not difficult, but the area is quite isolated.

SPECIAL DIRECTIONS McGinnis Creek maybe reached from US Highway 2 an McGinnis Road 516. The creek is mostly on private land an permission should be obtained before fishing. The Silver Butte--East Fish River may be reached from US Highway 2 and Silver Butte Road 148.
