About We are located on 40 acres in Paradise Valley, Montana. Come experience breathtaking views of the Absoraka Mountains. to the South and Gallatin Mountains. to the West. We are conveniently located 1/4 mi. off Hwy 89 S, with Yellowstone National Park 34 mi. South and historic Livingston 18 mi. North. Enjoy our newer cedar home with modern/rustic decor, spacious 2,600 sq. ft. two level home, hardwood and rock floors, large windows, landscaped yard, rock patio and wraparound deck with an amazing view of Emigrant Peak (elevation 10,915ft.) Relax here with family and friends, or use as a base for nearby adventures. The big attraction of course is Yellowstone National Park 34mi. South of here. Every year visitors come to YNP to discover grizzly bears and eagles, geysers and mudpots, and forests and lakes. Have fun and make lifelong memories in this special place! Chico Hot Springs Resort, only 9 mi. away, offers a natural hot spring pool, poolside grill and bar, (featuring live music), fine dining restaurant, health and day spa, massage, dog sledding, rafting and horseback rides. Numerous other opportunities to enjoy Montana are close by such as, wildlife viewing ( deer, elk, moose, bears, foxes, bunnies ,eagles, ospreys, cranes, small birds...and occasionally beavers). Also experience our beautiful mountains, rivers, streams, forests, trails, fishing, hiking, biking, boating, floating, rafting, horseback riding, CAMEL RIDES, (really) antiquing, art galleries, photography, live theatre, bird watching, scenic drives or, just kick back, relax and enjoy the view. Livingston, 18mi. North of here, is well known for its rodeo since the roaring 20"s. It has over 10,000 spectators over the 4th of July weekend. It boasts the largest rodeo of the year in 2013-2014 in MT. circuit with total purses over $ 200,000. Historic Livingston is also well known for its many art galleries, museums, weekly farmers market, live plays... Bozeman MT., located 44 mi. from here, has an international airport, lively downtown, plenty of shopping including a mall, Montana State University, farmer's markets and a famous dinosaur exhibit at The Museum of The Rockies.
