Centrally located within the state along the east-west interstate (I-90), and the original gateway to the world’s first National Park, a visit to Livingston will fill your days with incredible life long memories. You can play hard with peace of mind knowing you’ll be wrapping yourself in warm blankets and quiet quarters at the end of the day. Come nestle into a comfortable chair or perch on our roomy porch swing with your book or reader, sip some great custom coffee outside watching the sun set over the mountains, or regale the day’s adventures in front of the fireplace. We have three rooms that can accommodate two people per room. All have en-suite bathrooms with tile floors and two person adjustable shower heads. Radiant flooring keeps your toes and body warm, and you have total control of your own room's temperatures with a silent air conditioner and heater to augment the floor heating. Built from the ground up as a bed and breakfast, we have many rooms for you to socialize in, relax with a good read, work a puzzle, finish that last minute work email, or cozy under a blanket on the stone hearth of the fireplace. SPECIAL DIRECTIONS Traveling on Interstate Highway 90 exit at mile marker/exit 333. If arriving from the west, at the bottom of the horseshoe off ramp you will turn right onto Park Street. Approaching from the east, you will take the same exit ramp and turn right as well at the bottom of the off ramp onto Park Street. This is the main thoroughfare into town. Continuing into town on Park Street, turn right at the 2nd light onto 5th Street. After one block, you will cross West Callender Street and we are the first property on the left. Please park on our side of the street in front of the B&B in order to help our neighbors out. One off-street parking space for each of our guest rooms is available. These spaces are located behind the garage and are easily accessed by the alley.
