About What a great south facing one-bedroom vacation rental perfectly located in the heart of Historic Downtown Bozeman. Situated above one of Bozeman's legendary restaurants and very chic galleries, ‘Let the Sun Shine in at 310' is a blend of Montana and today's latest technology. You can enjoy your visit to the beautiful Gallatin Valley and keep in touch with high-speed Internet service using Wi-Fi or Wireless. This cozy one bedroom apartment was just remodeled and furnished with the visitor's comfort in mind. As you enter this sun filled apartment the lathe and plaster walls and ten-foot ceilings set the tone for this gracious space. There is a large oil painting of buffalo roaming the range. The windows are adorned in dual coverings. One sheer to let the great light in but give some privacy and of course a privacy layer adding to the coziness. There are ceiling fans in the great room and bedroom to enhance the air circulation. In the summer months a window air conditioner will be available to further ensure guests comfort. The great room has a sumptuous leather sofa with faux cowhide pillows and a plaid throw. There is an oversized recliner covered in a western outdoor tapestry featuring moose and bears. The large entertainment center crafted of hand hewn oak and milk glass house everything one will need for your enjoying pleasure. The TV has a great cable package. There is a DVD player with a variety of movies for you to view and a great stereo system with a library of music from which you can choose. In case you need something else to do there is a set of games for your playing pleasure. The dining area features a round drop leaf oak table and four chairs. A wonderful wooden canoe turned shelving unit houses the perfect set of stoneware and flatware for eight. Adding to this wildlife motif there is a ‘Duck's Unlimited' coat rack for your convenience. Off the great room is this brand new kitchen featuring all you may need. There is a range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, mix master, spice rack, and all the bake, cookware and glassware to make your stay comfortable. Bead board wainscoting adds to the Montana ambience. The bedroom has an oversized hand-hewn queen oak headboard and night table. The mattress is top of the line pillow-top mattress with 300 count Egyptian cotton bedding….so comfortable to slip into after a day of work or play. The bed is covered with a Montana plaid quilt and lots of down pillows, and a down blanket. There is a matching dresser and mirror providing ample storage. A walk in closet equipped with iron and ironing board, vacuum, and other housekeeping necessities has all the room you will need for clothes anytime of the year. A retro set of built in cupboards is just outside the bathroom for additional storage. The bathroom off the bedroom is bright and new. There is a tub and shower combo, just right for a wonderful soak after a day of work or play. Again the bead board wainscoting, and pedestal sink add to the overall ambience. The towels are plentiful, soft and fluffy. What a great home away from home. There are laundry facilities down the atrium hallway in a locked laundry room. Very convenient….just a few steps away. This unit is in the same building as ‘Quintessentially Classic at 310', ‘Studio Above Main Street at 310' which can be rented together for larger groups. All of these units are centrally located to skiing, fishing, hiking, golf, tennis, a special event, or exploring the nearby National Parks. Come and enjoy all that the Bozeman area has to offer.
