About BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Pine Tree Haven is an impeccable 5 bedroom home tucked in the foothills of the Bridger Mountains. Enjoy valley-wide views of the mountains beyond through the large windows and from the expansive deck. This home offers all the peace and quiet of country living while being just 6 miles from downtown Bozeman. BEDROOMS/BATHS: The main level boasts a grand master bedroom with a sitting area, gas fireplace, walk in closet, Sleep Number king- bed with adjustable sides, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has his and her sinks, a bidet, a large soaking tub, and a walk- in shower with dual waterfall showerheads. The second bedroom on the main level has a full sized bed with an ensuite full bathroom and shower/tub combo. There is an office with a full sized sofa sleeper on the main level for flexible sleeping arrangements. A third full bathroom is on the main level just off the kitchen, with a shower/tub combo and a bidet. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms - two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a full-sized bed. There is one shared bathroom in the downstairs hallway with his and her sinks, a bidet and a shower/tub combo. Additionally, there is twin bunk beds in the movie room. KITCHEN/DINING: This beautifully outfitted kitchen has everything a chef would need and more! This large open concept kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, toaster oven and oven. There is plenty of cookware, utensils and cabinet space, and the large kitchen island seats up to six guests. The dining room table has seating for six more guests. Mini Split heater/air conditioner available in upstairs living room and dining room only. LIVING ROOM: The open feel of the living room and kitchen is perfect for family gatherings or entertaining. Enjoy gathering around the central gas fireplace and easy access to the back porch through the living room. Adjoined to the living room is a built in desk/office space in case you need to get any work done during your stay. Downstairs is a second living area with plenty of comfy couches, one pull out sofa, a large flat screen TV, and a game table. There is an additional game room and home- gym downstairs with a ping pong table, elliptical, treadmill, boxing area and back yard access. OUTDOOR SPACE: Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ grill with easy access from the downstairs living room. There is a ton of room for little ones to roam the backyard and play on the children's playground. There are three large decks to enjoy the surrounding views, one on on the front half of the home, the second along the back of the home, and the third on the side of the house, surrounded by pine trees. AIRPORT: Bozeman International Airport is just 7 miles away. NEARBY ACTIVITIES: This home's location puts you only 6 miles to downtown Bozeman while also offering proximity to multiple Bridger Range trailheads for hiking and biking like Sypes Canyon, Middle Cottonwood, and the M Trail. Riverside Country Club is just down the road along with the Cherry River fishing access site on the East Gallatin River. Yellowstone National Park North Entrance is 85 miles away.
